Thank you for your interest in a membership to the Recreational Sports Facilities at The Ohio State University.

Ohio State faculty and staff as well as recognized university affiliates can purchase memberships online. If you are an Ohio State faculty or staff member, you will be required to enter your OSU username and password.

All students enrolled for 4 or more credit hours of classes at the Columbus campus of OSU are automatically members and have a mandatory recreation fee applied to their fee statement each quarter. They do not need to complete this form. Students taking 0-3 credit hours need to purchase their pass through the membership services office -- online purchase is not currently available.
