Outdoor Facilities
Coffey Road Park (Corner of Coffey Road and Woody Hayes Drive)
Field space for flag football and ultimate disc. There are also four softball diamonds. The park is lighted for scheduled evening events.
Fred Beekman Park (Corner of Kenny Road and Lane Avenue)
This 43-acre park has fields for baseball, softball, flag football, rugby, soccer, and ultimate disc. The park also offers two basketball courts, eight softball diamonds, four sand volleyball courts, two picnic shelters, restrooms, three lakes, and a 1.01-mile jogging path. The park is lighted during the evening.
Jesse Owens West Disc Golf (Next to Jesse Owens West Tennis Center)
Ohio State's first campus disc golf course opened September 19, 2007. It features 18 holes and more than 1,500 total yards. For a scorecard, course map, and course rules and regulations, please view the attachments to the right.
Jesse Owens West Park (Corner of Kenny Road and Carmack Road)
This park has field space, a cricket pitch, and three basketball courts. The area does not have lights.
Jesse Owens West Skate Park (Next to Jesse Owens West Tennis Center)
This temporary skate park features a two-foot wedge launch, a six-foot quarter pipe, and a skateable picnic-style table. The area does not have lights.
Outdoor Basketball Courts
- Cannon Drive Courts (On Cannon Drive, across from Lincoln Tower) Two basketball courts available, which are illuminated at night.
- South Campus Courts (Next to Jesse Owens South on 11th Ave.) There are three basketball courts with lights available during the evening until midnight.
- North Campus Courts (Near Woodruff Ave. and Curl Drive) There are one-and-a-half basketball courts with lights during the evening until 2 a.m.
- Lane Avenue Courts (Next to Taylor Tower) There are two basketball courts with lights available during the evening until 2 a.m.
*Please note that outdoor basketball courts are also available at Fred Beekman Park and Jesse Owens West Park.
Outdoor Sand Volleyball Courts
- South Campus Courts (Behind Canfield Hall and Morrison Hall) There is one sand volleyball court, which does not have lights.
- North Campus Courts (Near Woodruff Ave. and Curl Drive) There are two sand volleyball courts, which have lights during the evening until 2 a.m.

Roller Hockey Rinks
- South Campus Rink (Next to Jesse Owens South on 11th Ave.)
There is a roller hockey rink with lights available during the evening until midnight.
- North Campus Rink (Near Woodruff Ave. and Curl Drive) There is a roller hockey rink, which has lights available until 2 a.m.
Running Trails
There are six different jogging trails around campus ranging from just under one mile up to 4.6 miles. For maps of these trails, please view the attachments to the right of the page.
