Kickball
Intramural kickball is a team tournament played April 1 - 22. Each team shall consist of eight players in the line-up and on the field at a time.; however, a team may begin a game with as few as six players. Each team will receive three pool play games; the top two teams from each pool will advance to a single elimination bracket. Games will consist of six innings or a 45-minute time limit.
Registration:
NEW! Starting December 1, teams will be able to pre-register for spring semester. The captain must pass the online captain's quiz covering the responsibilities of the captain and rules for the sport prior to completing the team creation. Teams will not be required to pay until the team is moved into a division during registration. Pre-registering does not guarantee any team a spot in the intramural sports season; it is designed to speed up the process during registration. When registration officially opens on Monday, March 18, 2013 at 9 a.m. each team must go onto IMLeagues and move their team into the division of their choosing.
Registration will begin Monday, March 18, 2013 at 9 a.m. online. View step by step registration instructions. Registration will close Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at midnight. A maximum of 32 teams can play in this tournament.
Roster:
Once a team is created, the captain will be able to invite people to join the team (during pre-registration or after registration). All members of a roster will be required to pass a quiz prior to participation. Team members must join the roster prior to 3 p.m. on the day of their first game or any regular season game. If a team member does not appear on the roster, they will be unable to compete in the contest. All rosters will be locked following the final regular season game and teams will be unable to add players.
