- Summer Session II classes begin Monday, July 21.

- The summer schedule can be found online. Each session costs $25 each or $45 for both sessions if purchased at the same time.
- Need a way to mix up your exercise routine? Try Rachel's Power Hour class on Fridays at 10:30 a.m. in B-30.
Summer Quarter Canceled Classes The following class(es) have been canceled for the remainder of the summer schedule due to low attendance:
- Extreme Conditioning on Wednesday from 6-7 p.m. in the South Gym

Fitness Class Music Policy All music used in fitness classes is approved by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and deemed acceptable for radio airplay. Explicit lyrics are prohibited.
Cycling Class Notice Participants are requested to not switch out bike pedals for cycling classes. In doing so, this voids the warranty on the cycles. A few of the cycles do have clips on the pedals for cycle shoes. If you need any assistance, please ask a Fitness staff member.
