Massage Therapy

The Department of Recreational Sports offers massage therapy to all Rec Sports members and non-members. They are performed daily by licensed massage therapists.

Many of today's health problems can benefit from massage therapy because the manipulation of soft tissues affects so many of our bodily systems. Massage therapy treatments will have a therapeutic affect and improve health by acting directly on the muscular, nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic (immune) systems.

Benefits

Our licensed massage therapist will help relieve:

  • Headaches
  • Back and neck pain
  • Hand and foot pain
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Acute or chronic pain
