Parking Information
Parking can be confusing at Ohio State! Review the following information to help make your recreation experience fun, fulfilling, and hassle free. Special parking rules are applied during major event weekends including home football games. Read more about general university parking information.
Department of Recreational Sports patrons must adhere to Ohio State University Transportation & Parking Services rules and regulations.
Special Parking Permits
Reduced rate parking permits are available for our affiliate and family members.
Special Permits Parking
5 - 8 a.m. in Surface "C" parking lots only.
After 4 p.m. and all day weekends and university holidays in any "A" "B" or "C" space.
Pay-n-Display Machines
Pay-n-Display parking pay machines allow customers who do not have parking permits to purchase parking for a specified time and park in an "A," "B," or "C" space in any parking lot where a Pay-n-Display pay machine is located.
Pay-n-Display Rates (Effective beginning September 1, 2011)*
- $1.50 per hour (option available at all times)
- $6 weekday evening flat fee (Monday through Friday 6 p.m. - Midnight)
- $6 weekend flat fee (Saturday and Sunday Midnight - Midnight)
Please note: All tickets expire at midnight and can be purchased for the current day only. Machines DO NOT give change or refunds. No refunds will be given for unused time.

Parking Garages & Meters
Several university parking garages are available a short distance from the RPAC. Metered and handicap parking is available at close proximity to all Rec Sports facilities.
Neil Avenue Parking Garage: Visitor parking from 4 p.m.-3 a.m. Monday-Friday; 24/7 Saturday-Sunday
Tuttle Parking Garage: Visitor parking 24/7

- Meters are available in the Ohio Stadium lot or near Neil Avenue Parking Garage for the RPAC.
- Meters are located directly in front of the ARC, and Jesse Owens South facilities.
