Admission: FREE for all students - Fitness passes need to be activated prior to taking a class. Faculty, staff, and other members will need to purchase a pass to enter all Group Fitness classes. A quarterly, all-inclusive pass costs $50, half-quarter pass costs $30
This combination class allows for an equal amount of cardiovascular work and strength work, split by half-hour or segment by segment. This equal balance of cardio routines, drills, and sculpting exercises will get your body moving. No matter how you frame it, this class yields fat burning results for both fitness newbies and those on amaintenance program.
