Backpack the Grand Canyon

Join the OAC for an extended backpacking expedition through the Grand Canyon, May 11-18.  With other students, you will take on the physical challenge and natural beauty only found in the Grand Canyon. All transportation (including flight), meals while in the field and gear will be supplied.  Register here.

Spice up your rowing workout with SHOCKWAVE. This free group fitness class combines Indo-Row and strength training for a high-intensity workout, perfect for any fitness level. Find a class time on the group fitness schedule and prepare to sweat.
